Jesus didn’t say, “Let not your hearts be troubled,” and stop there. He didn’t sing a snappy little tune and tell His disciples to just be happy and forget what was troubling them. He gave them a solution!

“If we are going to be criticized and ridiculed, let it be for the Cross and not a political opinion.”

“The Gospel does not need a bullhorn.”

“Faith is the heart telling the eyes and ears what to believe…not the other way around.”

“The WONDER of Christmas never grows old…when you know the REASON behind the wonder.”

“We were given Christmas because we were in dire need of Easter!”

“Our first priority should not be worrying about who we may offend but Who we obey.”

Why aren’t we this thankful every day?

“God doesn’t call us to blind faith. He calls us to obedience.”
